Eng. Lucio Grassi founded a sole proprietorship that deals with installation of heating systems. In just 4 years he transformed it into a successful Srl company, with Maria Rosaria de Donato. The name Graded comes from the acronyms of their surnames.
Today, Graded is an accredited Energy Saving Company (ESCo) that operates, in Italy and abroad, in the field of design and implementation of integrated energy solutions in the publicandprivate sector in multiple reference markets: Public Administrations (PA), industrial, sanitary and residential. During 2018 and 2019, the Company obtained voluntary certification of the financial statements, obtaining the public rating attributed by Cerved Rating Agency S.p.A. and ELITE certification.
1968
Just 10 years after the company was founded, Graded works in partnership with important international and national companiessuch as Alcatel Face Standard, CMC Ravenna, Imco Roma, in the construction of technological systems for postal mechanization and civil motorization centers throughout Italy.
1995
Graded signs the first integrated management contract for complex technological systems and energy services. The first prestigious client is the University Hospital of Naples.
1997
Graded obtains the recognition of the company quality system in accordance with UNI EN ISO 9001: design, development, installation, testing, global service, control and maintenance of civil and industrial heating, air conditioning, energy, electrical, air and water treatment systems.
1998
Graded becomes a joint stock company and begins to gradually increase the share capital, which is currently €. 2,584,129.00. 2.584.129,00. The foundations are laid for the managerial structure suitable for facing the challenges of the new millennium.
2002
Graded builds the first power generation plant for the largest self-production plant installed in the public health sector in Campania: the high-efficiency cogeneration technology center for the Federico II University Hospital of Naples.
2005
Graded obtains the ESCO certification , becoming fully an Energy Saving Company, a company capable of offering an integrated approach to the energy problem: audit, diagnosis, optimization and proposals for interventions always characterized by efficient technologies, cost containment, profitability of investments and environmental compatibility.
2008
The portfolio also includes other prestigious clients such as the Fabriano hospital , for which Graded designs and builds a microturbine trigeneration plant,the Magna Graecia University of Catanzaro for which a cogeneration plant with gas turbine is built,and the University of Salerno , for which a plant with internal combustion gas engines is built.
2011
Graded enters the photovoltaic sector, acquiring new private customers for which it creates innovative customized solutions for energy efficiency with the design and installation of photovoltaic systems.
2013
The consolidated experience in the renewable energy sector opens the doors to internationalization The photovoltaic system in Romania in Timisoara is the first entirely built by Graded abroad, starting from the acquisition of the land, the system being put into operation, up to the sale of the green certificates.
2015
Graded increases the resources dedicated to research and development by joining Smart Power System Scarl, contributing to the development of knowledge and technologies in the energy sector, thanks to collaboration on various projects.
2017
Starting the program participation ELITE of theItalian Stock Exchange, with a view to strengthening corporate governance and management model.
2018
Voluntary certification of the financial statements by Deloitte & Touche S.p.A. and obtaining the public rating attributed by Cerved Rating Agency S.p.A.
2019
ELITE certification, greater internationalization and active participation in Research & Development and digital transformation projects.
