Modular technological platforms based on fuel cells for energy cogeneration-polygeneration.
Development of innovative technologies for energy conversion, creating complex systems that allow to combine the needs of the availability of low cost energy with the needs of environmental sustainability.
Study, optimization and design work at the basis of this project led to the identification of patented configurations and system solutions, with the possibility of producing, at industrial spin-offs, the components necessary for the construction of the reactors.
In a medium-long term perspective, fuel cells can represent a solution of great interest thanks to the high conversion efficiency even in regulation and to the very low polluting emissions, because specific competitive costs and adequate durability and reliability can be achieved.
